Description

Description of the new feature / enhancement

a fully static long left click of 2 or 3 seconds acts as an alternate trigger for the current alt+left click behavior

Scenario when this would be used?

one handed triggering, long static left click seems like a rare action (at least in my experience), eliminates hunting for alt key

Research direction

No file, test, or entry point is named. Locate the existing Grab and Move handling for alt+left click, then trace how static mouse duration and movement are detected. Done means a stationary left click held for 2 or 3 seconds triggers the same behavior without alt, while ordinary clicks remain unchanged.
