1. Enable Grab and Move and StrokePlus.net.
2. Hold down the Win modifier key and right-click the mouse to resize the window, which will trigger the mouse gestures of StrokePlus.net.

When resizing windows, mouse gesture software such as StrokePlus.net should not be triggered, and AltSnap does not have this issue.
