Research direction

Start in the Keyboard Manager area and reproduce the issue with the reported Win (Left) + A to Win (Left) + Y remap while a PowerToys update is available through WinGet. Done means the remapped shortcut continues working before, during, and after an update is waiting to be downloaded or applied.
