### Area(s) with issue?
Keyboard Manager
### Steps to reproduce
[Administrator_ PowerToys Settings 2026-05-01 12-08-39.zip](https://github.com/user-attachments/files/27268199/Administrator_.PowerToys.Settings.2026-05-01.12-08-39.zip)
When using Keyboard Manager, I noticed that the switch shown in the attached video displays incorrectly when performing the operations demonstrated.
When I changed PowerToys' display language to English for screen recording, I found another issue:
The switch's label follows the system language instead of PowerToys' language.
In the video, '关' actually means 'Off'.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the attached Administrator_ PowerToys Settings 2026-05-01 12-08-39.zip and reproducing the Keyboard Manager operations shown in the recording. Trace the switch rendering and language selection behavior in PowerToys Settings; done means the switch displays correctly and its label follows PowerToys' selected language rather than the system language.
