No Steps, it will just bug out

### ✔️ Expected Behavior

The Power Display flyout should have been in the bottom right corner (pls add a top right corner or alignment mode to power display flyout and quick access flyout because some poeple are secretly using top taskbar like me)

Modifed Windows 11 With Windhawk (used for top taskbar feature (this is not related to the bug btw))

Windhawk v1.6, Powertoys is making a windhawk mod called "Disable Windows Key Shortcuts" broken by making it open its dialog to restart explorer everytime when Powertoys is run
