Power Display should have monitor placement profiles too.

### Description of the new feature / enhancement

I can take "snapshots" of my current monitor setup with resolutions, refresh rates, and monitor locations saved into a profile I can easily switch to.

### Scenario when this would be used?

I have a laptop and drawing tablet I take with me places or just around the house and will have my laptop sit either to the right or left side of my tablet depending on where I'm sitting, or sometimes I want only my tablet screen turned on. It would be easier to quickly set a profile vs. going into the Settings app and configuring the displays myself every time.

Apps for this already exist such as this here: https://github.com/zac15987/DisplayProfileManager. So there is a user base that finds this useful, and it would be convenient if PowerToys had such a feature or even expanded on it.
