Description

### Description of the new feature / enhancement

A utility that allows me to switch display resolutions from a pre-determined list on the fly via a tray icon or integration with the command palette. When changing to a lower resolution on a larger display such as 1920x1080 on an ultra-wide. The resulting change should have the proper aspect-ratio and not be stretched.

### Scenario when this would be used?

As a remote developer, I have a single large ultrawide display. When in online meetings on Teams, Zoom, etc. I have to switch to a reasonable resolution such as 1920x1080 in order for participants to see what I am sharing. Having a utility that quickly changes resolutions and keeps the proper aspect ratio would be very helpful! So I can have my normal Ultrawide setting and a Sharing setting with possibly a tray icon or integration with the command palette.

Research direction

The payload names no source files, tests, or entry points, so begin by locating the existing display-resolution and command-palette or tray integration areas. Done means switching among predetermined resolutions on demand while preserving the display's proper aspect ratio.
