Description
### Description of the new feature / enhancement
The new fancy zones is a godsend, truly. THANK YOU. It would be great if that functionality could be combined with the FancyZones "Shift-Drag-Drop" into zones.
### Scenario when this would be used?
I use different screens a lot, as my job is mobile. They all have different aspect rations and sizes and layouts for the multiple screens. Often when moving between device setups I have screens that are "not where they belong" (on the wrong screen, in the wrong format/size, etc.). I have to drag and drop them into their current FancyZones setup. Occasionally these items are even barely on the screen I'm using, requiring me to find creative ways to just get them to where I can grab the top of the bar to move them to where I want/need them. So now, thanks to Grab and Move, that process should be quite a bit easier. BUT- I have to grab the window where I can move it to where I can grab the bar, release the window, grab the bar and THEN drop it into a Zone.
Cutting out the extra step in the middle would be CLUTCH.
Thanks for the consideration.

Research direction
Start by tracing the existing FancyZones "Shift-Drag-Drop" flow and the Grab and Move feature to understand their entry points and how a window is handed between them. Done means a window can be grabbed, moved, and dropped directly into its current FancyZones setup without releasing it for a second drag; verify behavior across different monitor layouts.
