Description
### Description of the new feature / enhancement
In Power Display, I'd love to see monitor resolutions become part of that. Being able to quickly switch multiple monitors to preset resolutions or enabled states would be helpful
### Scenario when this would be used?
I have a graphics workstation with 3x4k monitors which uses a fair bit of VRAM. Windows' compositing desktop window manager can use up to 2 GB of that. When I want to game or train models I need as much of that as possible. I frequently shutoff 2 monitors and lower resolution of my primary to free VRAM for training.

Research direction
Start by locating the Power Display implementation and the taskbar switcher entry point. Review how existing display profiles or enabled states are represented, then determine the requirements for saving and applying monitor resolutions across multiple displays. Done means the feature scope is agreed and presets can switch the requested monitor resolutions or enabled states.
