### Area(s) with issue?
Grab And Move
### Steps to reproduce
I mapped Alt + mouse scroll wheel via AutoHotKey to change the volume on my pc because my keyboard does not have a volume knob. I turn on Grab and Move. The features that it does works, but the issue interferes with my AutoHotKey mapping of volume change. Yes it is also a me issue, but since G&M doesn't use the scroll wheel it does affect AHK. Disabling G&M lets me use that feature again.
[Update] - The scroll wheel works again in 0.99.1, HOWEVER, there is still the issue with auto hotkey where the scroll wheel function of PowerToys overrides the scripts in AHK.
### ✔️ Expected Behavior
Alt + scroll wheel changes the volume even when G&M is active.
### ❌ Actual Behavior
Nothing happens.
[Update] Ignores the script given by AutoHotKey. In other words, Alt + scroll wheel = scroll wheel.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the issue in the Grab And Move utility on Windows 11 with PowerToys 0.99.1 and AutoHotkey v2.0.24, using the reported Alt + scroll-wheel mapping. Compare behavior with Grab And Move enabled and disabled; done means the AutoHotkey volume action works while Grab And Move remains active.
