Add a feature to PowerDisplay to control the resolution of a monitor in the profile

There are times that I am presenting or live streaming and I need to change my resolution to better be displayed on the stream. It would be nice to be able to use PowerDisplay to switch between.

Mostly for presenting, but I can see it being used for game settings, focus settings

Check whether existing profile controls expose monitor settings, then define the supported resolution choices and switching behavior for presentation, streaming, gaming, and focus scenarios. Done means a profile can reliably change and restore a monitor's resolution.
