windows dodge effect aka slide effect

It would be really cool if you could add a “slide back” effect, also known as “dodging windows,” which adds an elegant and dynamic effect when bringing a window to the foreground or background. See this link for an example of the desired effect.

### Scenario when this would be used?

Back then, I used a tool on my Linux desktop that let me customize the desktop interface. I know it’s purely cosmetic and just a matter of personalization, but isn’t it kind of normal to want to personalize your work environment?
