Steps to reproduce

1. Disable all options under power display -> particular external monitor so only brightness show up in flyout.
2. Press Windows+P and change mode from Extendend to PC screen only.
3. restart computer or just close PowerToys.
4. Press Windows+p to change it back from PC screen only to Extended.
5. Refresh screens in Power Display.
6. Monitor setting are now reset do factory default showing contrast, sound or whatever it is supported by monitor in the flyout.

✔️ Expected Behavior

Settings stays the same between Windows+P chagnes.

Monitor setting are reset do factory default showing contrast, sound or whatever it is supported by monitor in the flyouta after changes of Windows+P

Start in the Power Display area and reproduce the issue by disabling monitor options, switching modes with Windows+P, restarting PowerToys, and using Refresh screens. Trace what happens to monitor settings across the display-mode change; done means the selected options remain unchanged and the flyout does not restore unsupported settings.
