Description
### Description of the new feature / enhancement
Enable setting a FancyZone to act as a separate screen so that it is possible to share only 1 zone in Fancy Zones as opposed to only showing full screen or a specific window.
### Scenario when this would be used?
This will make it possible to switch between programs on a smaller portion of the screen for better sharing on large monitors, and to avoid privacy issues when screen sharing. Currently selecting a window only shows the one program, which requires stop share and reshare to show another. Share screen shows the full screen which can cause issues when the other participant does not have a similar size screen, or if there are applications open that should not be shared.

Research direction
The only named entry point is Fancy Zones, and no implementation file or test is identified. Start by locating the Fancy Zones implementation and existing Windows screen-sharing behavior; clarify the design and acceptance criteria for making one zone selectable as a separate shared screen before coding.
