Unable to update, uninstall version(s) 0.98.0 to 0.98.1

### Steps to reproduce

Somehow I have both versions installed

Opening from start menu opens 0.98.0

Update through app fails (I don't even see the installer / updater open)

Downloading manually and running installer for 0.98.1 fails

Uninstalling from Settings also fails for both versions.
