Description
### Description of the new feature / enhancement
I want to create a sticky note by just marking text or images in an any app (mostly outlook) and press a shortcut to create a new Sticky Note with the marked text/image copied to the new note.
Additionally it would be nice to have a second shortcut to add a new text to the last created note
The source should be recognized aswell (new feature in the sticky notes app).
### Scenario when this would be used?
The Sticky Notes app got a huge upgrade and I love it. I use them a lot to have temporary information at quick access during calls or support sessions.
Often I get information through different channels (Teams, Outlook, Ticket-System). I like to collect the neccessary data in a sticky note to have everything I need available in quick access without navigating through several systems.
### Supporting information
There seems to be a shortcut for sticky notes but it just opens the app (win+alt+s) without creating a new note with the marked text.
This shortcut doesn't work reliable. For me it doesn't work at all. Some Reddits say that it works only with the OneNotes-Service running in the background. I don't want my StickyNotes connected to OneNote. I just want a temporary note for quick access during busy days at work.

Research direction
No files, tests, or implementation entry points are named. Start by locating the Sticky Notes utility and checking how Win+Alt+S currently opens it; done should cover system-wide text and image capture, creation and updating shortcuts, source recognition, and behavior independent of OneNote.
