"Unknown software exception" error during PC shutdown

### Steps to reproduce

I'm not sure how exactly to reproduce it, but it happens very frequently during shutdown (not always). See the image below for the error. When this error happens, the PC won't shutdown as its waiting for me to address the error box. If I press OK, it still doesn't shut down.


### ✔️ Expected Behavior

I was expecting my PC to shutdown normally.

### ❌ Actual Behavior

PC shutdown is interrupted by the PowerToys application error box.

Start by reviewing the attached PowerToysReport_2026-04-13-10-23-51.zip and the shutdown-time error shown in the issue. Investigate which PowerToys component produces the dialog and reproduce the interruption during Windows shutdown; done means the error no longer blocks a normal shutdown.
