### Steps to reproduce
I'm not sure how exactly to reproduce it, but it happens very frequently during shutdown (not always). See the image below for the error. When this error happens, the PC won't shutdown as its waiting for me to address the error box. If I press OK, it still doesn't shut down.

### ✔️ Expected Behavior
I was expecting my PC to shutdown normally.
### ❌ Actual Behavior
PC shutdown is interrupted by the PowerToys application error box.
