Command Palette Dock - Show Speed - help with Thermal Limiting

### Description of the new feature / enhancement

I have started using the docked Command. It shows %, which is great, but we have a couple of Dell laptops that suddenly cap 0.59Ghz - which the CPU doesn't convey.

### Scenario when this would be used?

If it could show the CPU speed as well as an optional, then I would quickly (as would others) see if the CPU isn't running at an appropriate speed. Currently you launch task manager, then performance, then click on the CPU.
