Certain previously enabled features randomly turn off on computer launch

Periodically when I restart my computer, update the app, or even something as simple as sleep my computer for extended time the app automatically turns off certain features and I have to re-enable them every time it's quite frustrating. It seems to only apply to certain features the list of features that is unaffected is:

- advanced paste
- always on tope
- image resizer
- New +

The list that IS AFFECTED:
- Color Picker
- Command Pallette
- FancyZones
- Workspaces.
It appears more features are affected but I don't use much more regularly. I've included the bug report.

### ✔️ Expected Behavior

When running in Admin mode (always am) Features to not automatically turn off without me explicitly doing so.

### ❌ Actual Behavior

The app willy nilly turning off features as it pleases.
