### Steps to reproduce

Start 3CX and have it open in the desired window position. Create a new Powertoys Workspace or edit an existing one. Wait until the snapshot creator appears and press "capture" to capture the workspace.

3CX should appear in the list of recognized apps and windows. 3CX should start when the workspace is launched.

### ❌ Actual Behavior

3CX does not appear as a recognized app or window. 3CX does not launch when the workspace is launched.
