Description
### Description of the new feature / enhancement
When activating a workspace, it would be nice to have all other windows minimised, thus acting like 'workspace reset'
### Scenario when this would be used?
Over the day, many windows get opened and layered over the top of the basic layouts.
Activating a workspace via a keyboard/desktop short cut (or I have mine pinned to taskbar) with a 'minimise all other windows' option built in would allow a quick reset, putting everything back in place and hiding everything, I dont want.
With multiple layouts you could quickly reset into different work styles. e.g. email processing, website development, accountancy, support.... with each providing a set layout with set windows and everything else cleared away.
### Supporting information
The only current option to work around this I know of is WIN+D to get to desktop and then activating workspace immediately after.
This might provide a guide on how it could be implemented by a developer by triggering the view desktop action first.

Research direction
Start by tracing workspace activation and the existing View desktop action referenced by the WIN+D workaround. Determine how an optional “minimise all other windows” behavior should interact with keyboard shortcuts, desktop shortcuts, and taskbar activation. Done means activating a configured workspace can reset unrelated windows without disrupting the workspace layout.
