Description
Description of the new feature / enhancement
Keyboard Manager - Behave diffrantly in the keboard shortcustts in different apps.
Scenario when this would be used?
For ecample:
Im using HP laptop. It has differnt function on the F keys. I would like the Keyboard Manager to recognize what App im in and switch between the different options if im in VSCode or im using Chrome for example. In Chrome, I want one of the F keys to be the default light swtich. In VSCode I want it to be search. Today I have to switch between the options manualy if I remember too...
I would also like maybe to set different keys depending on the application. If I use VSCode I want CTRL+F to search everything, and in Word, I want to have it search a line, just as an example...
Regards.

Research direction
Start with the Keyboard Manager feature and compare the requested per-application behavior for VSCode, Chrome, and Word. Define how application detection, per-app mappings, and switching would work, then validate the resulting behavior in those applications.
