General

Steps to reproduce

Not able to reproduce, has happened after unlocking my computer after some time. Started after upgrading to 0.98.1 and enabling the new Dock feature.

I am able to move my mouse and use my keyboard, but in most areas I am not able to click. I use alt + tab to change windows. Some windows I can click in, like a browser, some I cannot. Cannot click on any task bar, task manager, command dock, start menu type window. Had to use Stop-Process cmdlet to stop powertoys and regained full functionality of mouse except for dock. Had to disable the feature.

Research direction

The report identifies PowerToys 0.98.1 and the new Dock feature, but names no files or tests and provides no reproducible steps. Start by investigating the Dock behavior after unlocking with the feature enabled and collect a bug-report ZIP; done means the mouse remains clickable in the taskbar, Start menu, Task Manager, and other affected windows.
