switch keyboard manager to classic view
turn off keyboard manager
restart pc
open powertoys
open keyboard manager tab
turn on keeb manager
turn on try new editor
click switch back to classic editor
look at try the new editor toggle - it is labeled off but the blue shows on

I was expecting to see it in the off state ("darkened")

I saw the toggle in the on state ("blue")
