3. Summon the same page from Dock
4. Observe focus is somewhere else

Start with the Command Palette implementation and the path used when the page is summoned from the Dock. Reproduce the steps in the issue, especially after moving focus to the list view, and trace which control receives focus. Done means a Dock-opened palette is immediately usable for keyboard typing in the search box.
