CmdPal Terminal - Fallback Command

### Description of the new feature / enhancement

Would like to be able to run a command in the default windows terminal profile as a "fallback command". If an existing terminal is already open, would be cool if it opened a new profile tab in Terminal.

### Scenario when this would be used?

Paste a command into cmdpal, have the option to immediately run it in a terminal window. No typing "Terminal" first.

Start by locating CmdPal's command execution path and how it launches the default Windows Terminal profile. Check how an already-open terminal is detected and how a new profile tab could be selected. Done means a pasted command can use this fallback and opens the intended terminal window or tab.
