Keyboard Manager: Insert text does not work correctly with New Outlook

### Steps to reproduce

Using the new Keyboard Manager editor, go in and create a new remapping. Set trigger to key or shortcut. Tick Allow chords. Action, set to Insert text. Added text that was needed as shown below (indluding the two carriage returns for the first two lines). Save and test.

### ✔️ Expected Behavior

I expected the text to come out as shown in code block regardless of what editor I was using. This worked fine in almost all editors I would use on a daily basis

### ❌ Actual Behavior

When I try using this in New Outlook, I get the text, but it does not register the carriage returns. It shows up straight after the last character in the text when I execute the trigger. Example in codeblock

This happens both with the inline editor and when the new/reply email is in a pop-out window
