Problem with transfer of existing mappings to the new editor. Characters are missing, but existing remapping still works.

Start in the Keyboard Manager new editor and compare how existing mappings are transferred and displayed against the old editor. Reproduce the issue with an existing mapping from version 0.98, then verify that all characters appear in the new editor while the remapping continues to work.
