### Steps to reproduce

Given the remapping options are centred in the new Keyboard Manager Editor the buttons to save or cancel can be off screen, yet when the remapping dialog is open neither it nor the Editor window can be moved to allow access. The Editor window can be resized or maximised, but the title bars of both windows are unresponsive to any attempts to reposition. The remapping dialog can be closed which then allows repositioning. Also, if the Editor window is too small some of the options can be 'outside' the Editor window.

### ✔️ Expected Behavior

When a client or child window has options off screen the active window title bar can be clicked and dragged to reposition the window.

### ❌ Actual Behavior

Neither window can be repositioned. Although the client window control buttons are still active.
