using powertoys to override cntrl+numkeys hotkeys

### Steps to reproduce

I'm currently using powertoys (in administrator mode) to re-map a number of default windows shortcuts, namely left control + directional keys, num1, num2, etc... The output is text, it works fine for a minute or two. I'm using microsoft word in chrome browser to test the output as well as the Razer Synapse app to automatically input these hotkeys at set intervals. After a short period the shortcuts seem to revert to their original function.

### ✔️ Expected Behavior

Using the razer synapse app to input "control + num/" is expected to output text

### ❌ Actual Behavior

Shortly after testing commencment all shortcuts revert to their original function. This happened on 2/3 tests. Last test run was succesful with no changes, ran the automatic shortcuts for several minutes with no failure, far longer than the previous tests lasted.
