Description

### Description of the new feature / enhancement

The function of Quick access flyout is perfect now, but the window background effect and pop-up closing animation are far from the native components of Windows 11 (for comparison, there are control center, calendar and notification center).

### Scenario when this would be used?

For quick access flyout

### Supporting information

I made an [example](https://github.com/ChenYiLins/PowerToysQuickAccess) to show the effect after modification:

Research direction

Start by reviewing the Quick access flyout implementation and the linked PowerToysQuickAccess example, then compare its background and closing animation with Windows 11 control center, calendar, and notification center. Done means the flyout matches those native components closely in background effect and pop-up closing behavior.
