Description

### Microsoft PowerToys version

0.97.2

### Installation method

PowerToys auto-update

### Area(s) with issue?

FancyZones

### Steps to reproduce

1. Go to YouTube.com
2. Add a couple of videos to queue
3. Activate PiP (Picture-in-Picture)
4. Snap PiP into a zone (PiP window will auto-resize to fit zone)
5. Wait for current video to finish playing and auto-play the next video in queue

### ✔️ Expected Behavior

1. If current video aspect ratio is different from previous video (eg. 16:9 rectangle to X:X square album art or ultrawide), it should maintain the same aspect ratio (stretch) of the zone window
2. If current video aspect ratio is the same as previous video, the window should remain at the same location per the fancy zone without moving

### ❌ Actual Behavior

1. PiP will auto resize to the default ratio within the zone window, leaving empty spaces if current video have a smaller aspect ratio than the previous video (eg. 16:9 rectangle to X:X square album art)
2. In the event there is no change in aspect ratio for the video, the PiP window will shift slightly to the left, leaving the zone window

Research direction

No source file or test is named. Reproduce the YouTube PiP and FancyZones steps on Windows, then trace the FancyZones handling of window resizing and repositioning when playback changes. Done means the PiP window preserves the zone location and expected zone aspect behavior across queued videos.
