Description
### Description of the new feature / enhancement
FancyZones restores the last known zone and maximization for the app moved between monitors via shortcut (default to windows: Win+Shift+Arrow). Make as an option for a user to enable.
### Scenario when this would be used?
If you have multimonitor setup and use FancyZones layouts for each monitor, you may want the window you move to the next monitor to take its last known place on that monitor. It saves a lot of time to move windows back and forth quickly with shortcuts not touching the mouse to resize, change maximization and position on the monitor.
The restoration of last known maximization (maximized, minimized or just snapped to zone) is also very important, for example I have 2 monitors, one 4K 32" and the other 1440p 26": it's convenient to use browser on 26" maximized but when I move it to another monitor with the hotkey I want it to take the last known zone which is smaller on 32" and not maximized. If I move browser back to the 26" monitor, I want it again to be maximized there.

Research direction
Start by reviewing FancyZones handling of windows moved between monitors with the Win+Shift+Arrow shortcut. Define the optional behavior so each monitor restores the window's last known zone and maximization state, and verify that moving the same window back and forth preserves those per-monitor states.
