Description
### Description of the new feature / enhancement
User is able to restore the last known zone of the opened unsnapped window by a shortcut.
### Scenario when this would be used?
Imagine the following: you open your application, snap it to the zone, during the workflow you open other different windows that are not snapped to any zones and take place on top of your snapped app, you need to see both your snapped window and other windows side by side, you unsnap your app and move to the appropriate location, then you close other windows and wanna restore the window to the last known location. You can do that yourself with the mouse by remembering the location but it's more convenient to not remember it (especially when you have a lot of windows opened and unsnapped from their "convenient" zones like this).
Why is it important: it's just QoL, it's faster than to do it with the mouse trying to target even combination of zones for larger app window size.

Research direction
The issue concerns FancyZones window placement and a shortcut for restoring an unsnapped window to its last known zone. Start by locating FancyZones' shortcut handling and window-zone state management, then determine how the last zone is retained and what behavior applies when a window has no saved zone. Done means the shortcut reliably restores the described window position.
