Description of the new feature / enhancement I would like to suggest adding a screen annotation tool to PowerToys that allows users to draw directly on top of the screen. The idea is similar to tools like Epic Pen, ZoomIt, or HoverScribble, where a user can quickly enable an overlay layer and draw annotations over any application. This feature would allow users to visually highlight elements on the screen during presentations, tutorials, documentation, or debugging. A possible implementation could include: A global hotkey to activate drawing mode (for example Win + Shift + D) Drawing directly on top of any window A small floating toolbar with basic tools: pen highlighter arrow rectangle / circle eraser Option to clear annotations quickly Optional temporary annotations that fade after a few seconds The tool would function as a lightweight overlay layer that does not interfere with the underlying applications.

A screen annotation tool would be a natural addition to this ecosystem.

It could also potentially integrate with other PowerToys features such as Screenshot tools or OCR in the future.
