### Steps to reproduce

it was disappear in right-click menu

### ✔️ Expected Behavior

when i select some of the file and click the right-click menu the PowerRame does not appear

### ❌ Actual Behavior

The problem has been happen in the last version(i forgot the version) but i update to the newest version this problem still remain. the PowerRame disappear all of a suddently even though i have reset the setting and give the administrator right.
