Keyboard Shortcut to Move Windows Between Zones Without Resizing

Keyboard shortcut for moving non-maximized windows between zones. The existing keyboard shortcut WIN+[left arrow][right arrow] forces the active window to 'maximize' when being moved between zones. The proposed new keyboard shortcut (for example, SHIFT+WIN+[left arrow][right arrow] would retain the size of a non-maximized window when moving that window between zones.

### Scenario when this would be used?

I use three zones across my 49" ultrawide monitor. MS Outlook is kept on the right-most zone. When i click on the 'New Email' button, a new message editor window is created; the size of this window is "non-maximized". I.e., the message editor window is smaller than the "parent" Outlook window. When I'm composing a new message, it's helpful for that editor window to be right in front of me, so I'd like to move it from the right-most zone to the middle zone. Using the WIN+[left arrow] keyboard shortcut indeed moves the message editor window to the middle zone, but it also "maximizes" the message editor window so that it fills up the entire middle zone. I'd much rather maintain the editor window's small size.
