FancyZones - retain window size after snap->resize->move

### Steps to reproduce

With Windows 11 "Snap windows" set to On.
With FancyZones "Restore the original size of windows when unsnapping" set to Off.

Snap a window using Fancy Zones (zone should include left or right edge of screen).
Resize window by dragging edges/corner but keep one of the window corners in the screen corner.
Move window using title bar. The window will unsnap and resize to the original snapped size instead of keeping the resized size.

Window should move and retain the same size

The window will unsnap and resize to the original snapped size instead of keeping the resized size.

This behaviour is standard in Windows 11 (i.e. without PowerToys / FancyZones being installed). Is there a way that FancyZones can "fix" this issue?
Note I am referring to the behaviour at the beginning/during the move step (before the mouse click is released).
If the "Restore the original size of windows when unsnapping" setting is On, then it behaves as I desire at the beginning/during the move step, however as soon as you finish the move (release the window), the window size is "restored" which changes its size (I don't want this last part to happen so I have the feature turned off).
Fixing this pre-existing quirk in Windows could be considered an enhancement of the existing "feature" ("Restore the original size of windows when unsnapping" when set to Off).
The issue can also be avoided by setting Windows 11 "Snap windows" to Off. However, I will then lose the "drag title bar to top of screen to maximise" behaviour. I could set a "maximise" zone in FancyZones, however I can't do this as I already have too many overlapping zones (see #28945).

Start by reproducing the FancyZones scenario on Windows 11 with Snap windows enabled and “Restore the original size of windows when unsnapping” disabled. Trace the snap, resize, and title-bar move behavior; done means the window retains its resized size during the move and after release without restoring the original snapped size.
