[Settings] Peek shortcut is incorrect in Dashboard shortcut list

### Steps to reproduce

1. Install the latest version of PowerToys on a new system (Sandbox in my case).
2. Navigate to Settings.
3. Observe the Shortcut listing for Peek on the Home page.
4. Open Peek's Settings page and confirm the activation method.

### ✔️ Expected Behavior

On Peek's Settings page, the activation shortcut is listed as Spacebar only:

The shortcut list on the Settings Home page should reflect this.

### ❌ Actual Behavior

The shortcut list incorrectly indicates that Peek is opened via Ctrl+Spacebar:

Start in the PowerToys Settings Home page and compare the Peek shortcut shown there with the activation shortcut on Peek's Settings page. Reproduce the issue using the listed steps on Windows 11; done means both views show Spacebar only.
