我从 github 上下载了 PowerToysUserSetup-0.97.2-x64.exe 这个安装程序，安装后不管是 单击托盘图标还是双击托盘图标 都不能打开面板。内置的双击 ctrl "聚焦光标" 功能可以使用，"颜色拾取器" 、"窗口置顶"、"屏幕标线"等功能 通过快捷键不能唤醒。
