Changes Account Type to Administartor once ON.Shortcut:Ctrl+Alt+A.
Developer Tools:
Engages Developer Tools in Power Toys.Shortcut:Windows+Alt+D+T.

### Scenario when this would be used?

Administrator:
It would be used when people want to have administrator,but they are not in the Admin Account to change that option.
Developer Tools:
It would be used when people want to edit the System and Power Toys how they want.
