Description
Microsoft PowerToys version
0.97.2
Installation method
PowerToys auto-update
Area(s) with issue?
PowerToys Run
Steps to reproduce
I just updated from 96, which seemed to have no issues finding scoop apps, but now when I use it it doesn't find them.
It should find the shortcuts here C:\Users<user>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Scoop Apps
But it finds internal files to do with scoops installation, depending on the program, if you run these they don't work properly.
For instance I use the Rio terminal
scoop install rio
(from the extras bucket)
✔️ Expected Behavior
For the scoop apps to be high priority in the search.
❌ Actual Behavior
doesn't find them

Research direction
Start in the PowerToys Run area and reproduce the issue using the Start Menu path C:\Users<user>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Scoop Apps, with Rio installed through Scoop. Compare version 0.97.2 with 0.96 and verify that Scoop app shortcuts are found and prioritized without exposing internal Scoop files as launch targets.
