Description

Description of the new feature / enhancement

Light Switch is an important tool, and currently, in version 0.97.2 of Power Toys, there is a feature to apply dark mode to "System" and "Applications". Focusing on the latter, it is essential that the option to create exceptions for some applications be implemented, improving Windows customization; considering that the user may prefer dark mode in some applications and light mode in others, in addition to mitigating the risk of bugs.

Scenario when this would be used?

The user will have the option to create exceptions for dark mode in applications, allowing for better customization of Windows.
