Description
### Description of the new feature / enhancement
The solution should address the root cause, as this is a common issue. WeChat recently updated and added a Ctrl + Win shortcut for voice input, causing a conflict with PowerToys. I suggest PowerToys devise a unique method to avoid this conflict. Changing WeChat's shortcut would be too complicated, as many other programs also experience conflicts, and some cannot even have their shortcuts changed. I suggest PowerToys develop an alternative shortcut, but this is difficult as shortcuts are largely occupied by other software. A bold idea I have is to add dedicated keys to the hardware, or replace the repeated keys on the numeric keypad with dedicated PowerToys keys. Thank you!
### Scenario when this would be used?
As mentioned above, it offers significantly improved compatibility and efficiency. It also allows for innovative ways to achieve quick access to functions, rather than relying on keyboard shortcuts.
