### Steps to reproduce

Test Setup:
1. Create Workspace "W" that captures two applications "A" and "B" in one zone "Z"

Test Case 1:
3. Mouse drag applications "A" and "B" out of zone "Z" (That is, unsnap them so Launch Workspace must move them)
4. Launch Workspace "W"
5. Activate application "A" (Arbitrary for test writing purpose)
6. Use shortcut key for switch between windows in current zone

Test Case 2:
7. Close Applications "A" and "B"
8. Launch Workspace "W"
9. Activate application "A" (Arbitrary for test writing purpose)
10. Use shortcut key for switch between windows in current zone

Test Case 1:
3. Restores applications "A" and "B" to zone "Z"
6. Toggles activation between "A" and "B"

Test Case 2:
8. Opens applications "A" and "B" in zone "Z"
10. Toggles activation between "A" and "B"
