PowerToys Run: "Sleep" no longer appears as first result after update to 0.97.2

1. Open PowerToys Run
2. Type sleep
3. Observe result order

### ✔️ Expected Behavior

When typing sleep, the "Sleep" system action appears as the first result, as it did before updating to 0.97.2.

### ❌ Actual Behavior

After updating to 0.97.2, "Sleep" no longer appears at the top. It is listed near the bottom of the results, requiring manual scrolling every time.
