PowerToys Run cannot search for Windows System Apps and Control Panel

Cannot search some Windows System Apps and Control Panel access, below some examples:

WINDOWS SEARCH BAR
keyword: network

keyword: partition

for comparison:
POWERTOYS RUN

I have enabled "Windows Settings" in the PT Run plugin

Quick access to control settings.

Reproduce the search examples in PowerToys Run with the Windows Settings plugin enabled, then compare its results with Windows Search for terms such as “network” and “partition.” Done means Windows System Apps and Control Panel access can be found and launched from PowerToys Run.
