Proposal: integrate Microsoft Keyboard layout creator in Keyboard manager

Hello there,

There is already an official microsoft tool for modufying keyboards, the microsoft keyboard layout creator.
Can we include this functionality in the keyboard manager, which would give quite more control than remapping?

Creating custom keyboard layouts. For example EURKey integration.
