Description
### Description of the new feature / enhancement
My features requests are
1. Json viewer to be clear with searching and all that
2. Power Rename to have replace contents with a workaround and to have the Preserve Case like in vscode
3. Xml viewer as well
4. Encryptions like aes, md5 helper like in Burp Suite but it would be nice instead of going to websites for it
5. Password generator like any password generator and ipslum ipslm
6. Qrcode reader I liked the text extractor it's a nice touch but why not also qr code reader it's gonna be nice also the text extractor in ctrl shift s is 100x smarter than the powertoys one like if I copy text it extracts the text but 20% error rate in English and in other languages it's 100% error rate so if it's fixed it would be nice
7. And a nice thing if possible a tcp viewer I've seen other issues but just if even beta or just be disabled and have warnings that it's not working is okay better than sticking with netstat and that hell
I would love some of these specially the xml and Json viewer because I use them like 40% of times so it would be awesome to have it and same for the base64 and md5 and aes
### Scenario when this would be used?
1. Json viewer to view the requests better from logs
2. Text extractor I use all the time so if it becomes fixed it would be great
3. QrCode reader I use it for reading qrcode sent from friends from my pc
4. Tcp viewer in dotnet some ports does not close off so it would be great
5. Password generator for keys when making any encryption or if there is something not important to insert the ipslum ipslm
6. PowerRename in mediator in dotnet I use it to copy large folders and rename them

Research direction
The request combines JSON and XML viewers, PowerRename changes, encryption helpers, password generation, QR reading, text extraction fixes, and a TCP viewer, but names no files, tests, or entry points. First determine whether these should be separate issues and identify the relevant PowerToys utilities. Done criteria are not defined for the proposed collection of features.
