Disk usage %100 in First booting of computer

### ✔️ Expected Behavior
-My expected behavior is to be optimized appliaction boot and doesn't harm any ones hardware. I think it wouldn't be a problem to this powertoys all running in 60 seconds than 15 than seconds. It doesn't have to use disk in full power in the first boot.

Whenever I first boot my laptop (HP victus 16 ryze 7 6800H geforce3050TI 16GB 512NVm.2)
I have clean windows setup and relativly strong laptop, never had a such a problem before I install power toys and command pallete.

I do understand that command pallate and Power Toys is have to read every path and therefore high usage in the first booting of computer but still it lasts at least 15 seconds and almost locks my laptop. I think it needs an optimization for this. I myself is software developer and really appricated for this open source application it really helps me a lot in daily basis, but still I'm in no position to provide coding session help due to this issue but I really wish to have this issue to be done I really feel that high disk usage in a short term will be blasting many setups and even harm to hardware. Thank for the up coming updates already

Start by reproducing the first boot with PowerToys and Command Palette enabled, then inspect the attached PowerToysReport for startup activity and disk usage. Done means identifying whether PowerToys causes the reported saturation and reducing or explaining the initial 15–25 seconds of full disk usage.
